Integration is an important aspect of personal development.

Do you ever wonder why so many people struggle out there in general?
Although many things could justify this, reasons such as high unemployment, bad economy, social unbalance, so much politics just to mention a few, in fact anyone can draw their own list of human sufferings' causes, there is one aspect of personal development that is fundamental to one's success . No one thinks of it as being important simply because of the fact that It is overlooked. It is the process of  Integration.

Among other things that can contribute to  one's unsuccessful life in the given society, the lack of certain degree of integration is the most important component of a striving life.
In the research in understanding what makes some people successful and others not so successful, I came to discover this one element never mentioned in any of the books, articles, audiobooks and videos that I have read, listened and watched .as being one thing that is contributor to success.

It is simple to understand that, once you exercise the freedom to choose to live in the different society, you must go through the process of integration which defined by Merriam Webster as the process of incorporating as equal in the society or in the groups of individuals. This definition underscores the process of adaptation, of learning the way of life of those around you. An important aspect to mention here is that integration is not only the thing of a person in the new society, but also of any person living with new groups of individuals. The example of the latter being that if you live in the community of foreigners from a specific part of the world , it is wise to learn their way of life.

I have seen many who find life to be very difficult when they have not bothered to improve in their integration process. just like personal development, it is a continuous process..
the question is how can things be better when you have not improved in things like language skills which is the key factor of integration. There is no point at which one can say "I know enough of this or that language" or " I am fully and completely integrated"

Integration is like the tree trunk that branches off others aspects of personal development. It is by learning a language, social, political, economical cultures of a given society that one can claim to
have added value to oneself and thereby becoming valuable to the market place.
