Exercise is therefore a one sure way to feed your self assurance and your self confidence, because during exercise the brain releases certain chemicals that are of the nature of conditioning your feeling during and after exercise.
When you do work out , you feel great, energetic, strong and powerful.
you may remember some guys after pumping iron, they change the way they walk, they change their posture.
Although some may exaggerate but there is a sense of self assurance and self confidence, that alone is catalytic enough to your overall happiness .
Remember the law of attraction that says "like attracts like"
By being happy even as a result of having worked out, you are sending a signal to the universe to bring things, circumstances and events that will help maintain your happiness.
