It is remarkable and even unbelievable that all that is human creation has once been a simple idea that could have been easily filed away in the mind of its beholder. It is really something borderline of a mystery. One can only wonder how is it really possible. The transmutation of idea into thing remains in the eyes of many of us something of a magic, an illusion, a reserved area only for a few. While this maybe true that only a few have understood the secret of this accomplishment, it does not imply that we can not access it as well. Now I am going to tell you that anybody can access the secret of transforming thoughts into things.
In the times of Thomas A. Edison, a man named Edwin C. Barnes created in his mind the idea that he would go in business with Edison, not work for him. In all accounts it was just not possible.
First, he did not know Edison and second he did not have money to pay for the railroad fair to New Jersey where Edison lived and worked. These difficulties were enough to discourage any man to carry out the desire, but his was no ordinary desire. It could have not been the man's appearance that got him to actually go in business with Edison, for that was definitely against him. He was rejected many times when he even managed to show up at Edison's office. But years later, he became Edison's business partner.
Thomas Edison, himself, tried and failed thousand times the configuration of inventing the light bulb, which he later said in one Press interview that it was actually one thousand steps to invent the light bulb.
Henry Ford saw in his mind and instructed his engineers to produce a design of an engine with the entire eight cylinders cast in one block. All engineers agreed that it was just not possible. He told them to do it anyway and they argued that it was unthinkable. But Ford was nothing but persistent and ordered them to go ahead with it if they were to remain employed. Months went by and nothing happened, six months later there was no progress. After a year, Ford checked with them, by then they have tried every conceivable combination with no success, but he told them that he wanted it and that he would have it. It was only then, if by stroke of luck that the secret was discovered. Let's not forget that Ford didn't have any schooling and was labeled ignorant.
History provides us with the number of those individuals who have achieved remarkable success, often times they have attempted the height of glory despite sometimes subsequent setbacks and obstacle. But the majority of us believe that those individuals are genius, that there is something different about them, we often say they possess a sixth sense, a third eye and so on. Yes they are different because they understand what many don't. they understand that thoughts become things. they understand that in order for the former to become the latter, one must simply apply the principles of success. what does that really mean? it simply means that there is a number of principles that when followed one can indeed think and grow rich: A definite purpose, a burning desire, action and persistence are the few of the most important to attain great heights.
The stories of those men of past and present clearly illustrate that thoughts can become things.
If we only start with Thomas A Edison and Henri Ford, we will find out thousands of individuals who have follow the simple philosophy of success have gathered wealth and riches. So anybody who applies them , it is a sure thing, will succeed. Napoleon Hill under the mentorship of Andrew Carnegie spent many decades analyzing thousands of successful individuals to be able to discover the philosophy of success that he clearly elaborates in Think And Grow Rich.

The more one can progressively integrate themselves in a specific society the more likely they become successful in that society.

Integration is an important aspect of personal development.
Do you ever wonder why so many people struggle out there in general?
Although many things could justify this, reasons such as high unemployment, bad economy, social unbalance, so much politics just to mention a few, in fact anyone can draw their own list of human sufferings' causes, there is one aspect of personal development that is fundamental to one's success . No one thinks of it as being important simply because of the fact that It is overlooked. It is the process of Integration.
Among other things that can contribute to one's unsuccessful life in the given society, the lack of certain degree of integration is the most important component of a striving life.
In the research in understanding what makes some people successful and others not so successful, I came to discover this one element never mentioned in any of the books, articles, audiobooks and videos that I have read, listened and watched .as being one thing that is contributor to success.
It is simple to understand that, once you exercise the freedom to choose to live in the different society, you must go through the process of integration which defined by Merriam Webster as the process of incorporating as equal in the society or in the groups of individuals. This definition underscores the process of adaptation, of learning the way of life of those around you. An important aspect to mention here is that integration is not only the thing of a person in the new society, but also of any person living with new groups of individuals. The example of the latter being that if you live in the community of foreigners from a specific part of the world , it is wise to learn their way of life.
I have seen many who find life to be very difficult when they have not bothered to improve in their integration process. just like personal development, it is a continuous process..
the question is how can things be better when you have not improved in things like language skills which is the key factor of integration. There is no point at which one can say "I know enough of this or that language" or " I am fully and completely integrated"
Integration is like the tree trunk that branches off others aspects of personal development. It is by learning a language, social, political, economical cultures of a given society that one can claim to
have added value to oneself and thereby becoming valuable to the market place.
